Before sending files

Most issues can be investigated from the converter name, file type, browser, and visible error message.

  • - Do not email sensitive source files by default.
  • - Share a small non-sensitive reproduction file only when it is necessary.
  • - Remove personal data from screenshots before attaching them.

Abuse and policy reports

Report suspicious use, illegal content, impersonation, or abuse concerns through the same support inbox.

  • - Use a clear subject line such as Abuse report or Privacy request.
  • - Include the relevant URL, job identifier, or account email if available.
  • - Reports that involve user safety or legal risk are handled before general feature requests.
